I bought a high end power amp for home audio use from ebay and when it arrived via ups (I'd give them 1 star or less) the box was compromised. The owner and audio guru was good enough to bench test the piece and certify it as sound working order. I went back to have a CD player installed in my wife's car and the same meticulous attention was given to that job. I have another inquiry regarding my home audio and plan to visit there again soon.
